Last weekend Treasure and I went to Tweed Heads, NSW for the weekend.
We saw Brian Cadd and Russell Morris at Twin Towns on the Sat night. They were really good.
I had to go to work on the Saturday (about 45 minutes from where we were staying) to attend a course.
While I was gone Treasure had a lovely relaxing day reading.
He also went to a large Antique Shop.
He wanted to buy some brass for his collection but instead he bought me 3 miniature sewing machines to add to my collection.
This one is silver and is a thimble.
We think it is over 100 years old but are not sure. It does have a hallmark on it which we will have to research to find out it's age and history.
It is really gorgeous.
This one is a Singer 1940 lead miniature sewing machine.
This one is a pencil sharpener and looks like it may be a form of a spinning wheel.
Pop over to Melody's blog to see more Tuesday's Treasures.

Lovely little minatures. How great to go to work and get surprises you like when you come home.
Hi Auntie, I love the miniatures. Especially the Singer sewing machine. A pity your work got in the way of spending time shopping with your husband.
How lovely that he bought such sweet little treasures for you. :) I adore that thimble one!
